Rare Panda Hat

As we all know, a new rare item comes every Monday. Today is September 14, 2015. Our rare item for today is the Rare Panda Hat. Found in the Conservation Museum Shop, this rare is on sale for today only for 650 gems. Cheap for a rare item!
This item is a member's only rare item. It is worn on the head of an animal, resembling the beta Panda Hat.
